  We had a Sunday roast for a large group which came with beef, chicken and fish nicely cooked. Roast potatoes were nice and crunchy (could have been more), squash and carrots and a lovely side salad with sprouts. The food was really nice but it seemed a little pricey for the amount of food you get.

  A large group of us descended on Salt Marsh on a Saturday night and they were really helpful. Suggested a menu to us, brought out our drinks quickly and when the food came out (also promptly) it was delicious. Although I would say that sea food is poribably their strong point. Had an amazing bean stew side dish too. Will definitely be returning with husband for a quieter evening (perhaps)

  There is no menu / price in this restaurant / cafe. The waiter will ask you what you fancy - light meal or full on food. He suggested we could have some chicken thigh casseroll in white one and grilled king-pranws (came with some bread, chunky chips and garlic mayo) for late lunch. We also had a bowl of colourful cruncy salad, glass of wine and coffee each. It was FAB! Really relaxed. The whole concept (of no menu / price list) minded me of some eateries in France and weirdly enough, in Japan. We both loved it. The bill was very very reasonable.

  Food is excellent as always with delicious tastes. Room can get a chilly when it's cold outside as heating struggles, but brave through it as it's worth it for food quality and price.
